All prices shown include VAT. As goods are dispatched from us in the United Kingdom, UK VAT rates always apply.
We will not dispatch your order until payment has been made. Payments by cheque will take up to 7 working days for clearance before your order is dispatched.
We aim to send out all orders within 2 working days. Please do NOT contact us regarding the delivery status of your order during the first 7 working days.
All UK orders are despatched via Royal Mail 2nd class post and take between 3 and 5 working days to be delivered. Overseas orders are despatched via Royal Mail packet post and take up to 2 weeks to be delivered. To make you Gorgeous cannot be held responsible for any delays, such as postal strikes, which are wholly outside our control. In addition To make you Gorgeous cannot be held responsible for delays due to the weather - please allow longer delivery times during periods of extreme weather conditions.
In the unlikely event that your item gets delayed or goes missing in the post, refunds or replacements will only be issued once the package is officially classed as “lost” by Royal Mail. This applies if the item remains undelivered 15 working days after posting.
Reasonable allowance should be made for orders made over the weekend and at public holidays. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery in exceptional circumstances.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
Any product returned unopened we will happily refund you your money, less the postage and packaging charge paid. It is at the discretion of To make you Gorgeous to determine the validity claim of a returned product that has been opened or used. Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be made. All returns must be accompanied by an explanation or reason for refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning product to us including postage and packaging.
It is the responsibility of the customer to read all the FAQ's about DermaSponge which contains information on the use of the product, what will happen after a treatment etc. It is therefore acknowledged by the customer that they have read these FAQ's and understand them and realise that their skin will flake and peel after treatment and their skin may look worse before it gets better and that often skin will break out in spots after treatment due to removing the top layers of skin and letting anything thereunder out and that this is not a valid reason for returning the product for a refund.
You may cancel your order at any time PRIOR to despatch by emailing us and we will re-credit your card or return your un-cashed cheque within 30 days of your order.
Should your order already have been despatched (we normally despatch within 2 to 24 hours of your order), please email us as soon as possible and at most within 5 days of your order. Please then return the item(s) within 14 days for a refund (less the postage and packaging charge). Any refund will be made within 30 days of our receipt of the returned goods.
We reserve the right to change the shape of the bottles contained in any of our products which may result in them differing from the pictures featured on our site
The customer accepts full responsibility for reading ingredients and product information prior to any use. Any effects as a result or use, or indeed, misuse are the full responsibility of the customer. The customer accepts full and final responsibility for any reactions to any of the products used and agrees indemnify To make you Gorgeous against any action, claim, loss, financial or otherwise, damages, legalities etc. We advise all customers to ensure that the product they have purchased is suitable for any use intended. To make you Gorgeous accepts no responsibility for any injury arising from the use of any supplied products, especially arising from faulty or defective goods, or for any improper or inappropriate use of any product, or from allergies or adverse reactions.
